Jazz Festival, Old Port, Olympic facilities, mall on Prince Arthur St... You will need no more than 30 minutes to walk to the various festival sites or climb on Mont Royal Park. Marlène will be thrilled to help you plan your visitings.

Reservation policy
A 30% deposit will be asked when reserving, except during special event periods when the entire price of your stay is to be paid at the reservation and is not refundable.

Cancellation policy
All of our rentals are ferm. The reservation deposit will always be kept regardless of the reason for cancellation. In case of a cancellation within 2 days or less to the reservation dates, or in case of customers not showing up, the rental's total due amout will be charged on the credit card. This clause is to be agreed on a written contract prior to the reservation.
