The units are chosen according to several criteria: Cleanliness, safety and comfort. Newcomers won't be alone upon arrival and will definitely integrate more quickly to Montreal life.
Roommates are invited to meet and discuss common rules. Compliance with these rules is essential for the proper balance of living with roommates. The rooms are furnished: bed, dresser, table and lamp, wardrobe, desk, chair, sink, bedding (1 or 2 sets of sheets, 1 blanket, 1 pillow).

The kitchen, furnished and equipped with: dishes, utensils, pans, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, dish towels, sponges, household appliances, 1 table and chairs, storage cabinets.
The lounge with wireless internet broadband, TV, video, phone for local calls (free). International calls are made using calling cards, available in stores.
The bathroom with shower or bath, toilet, washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, hairdryer.
We can supply the household (after have been chosen).
Household products, toilet paper, kitchen towels, laundry to wash clothes, garbage bags are provided and housekeeping is provided common rooms regularly.
Rates: from $ 525 to $ 625 per month all inclusive.
Please note these rates imply full month rentals. Depending on the duration of your stay we will together establish the amount of your rental.The occupancy dates will be confirmed to us in writing at the beginning of the stay. Any change during the stay must be served to Hebergementmontreal in writing at least 30 days prior and may result in penalties.
For this type of accommodation there is a regulation that each co-tenant agrees to comply.
